How is this Wagyu raised?
Our Wagyu is raised on non-GMO feed and free of unnecessary antibiotics. They are raised free-range for 18 months and then spend 360 days being fed a Japanese formulation of white grains to obtain the distinct marbling. This strict diet aims to aid a healthy growth process and optimize marbling in the cattle. This entire process is carefully implemented to protect the integrity of the cattle and ensure a great product.
How are the steaks cut?
Each steak is handcrafted by industry veterans in a USDA inspected and approved facility. Each item is cleared of any unwanted fat, sinew or silver before being portioned into a pan-ready steak. These steaks are used by chefs at some of the top restaurants in the country. That same standard is now available to you through your purchase.
Orders are processed and shipped within two business days of the order being placed. To ensure that your order reaches you in top-notch condition we use corrugated boxes with styrofoam coolers and either blue ice and/or dry ice.
With this packaging we can ship coast-to-coast, including Alaska and Hawaii, and in every season of the year. We only ship domestically to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes.
