    • How long will my steaks last?

      We guarantee the freshness of your steak in the freezer for up to one year from purchase date.

    • Is your Wagyu all natural?

      The best way to thaw frozen meat is slowly in the refrigerator with the vacuum packaging still intact. Alternatively, if water is used to speed up the thawing process then only cold water should be used. The surface of the meat should not come in contact with the water. Using a microwave to thaw is not recommended.

    Shipping Info

    Orders are processed and shipped within two business days of the order being placed. To ensure that your order reaches you in top-notch condition we use corrugated boxes with styrofoam coolers and either blue ice and/or dry ice.

    With this packaging we can ship coast-to-coast, including Alaska and Hawaii, and in every season of the year. We only ship domestically to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes.
