Shipping
How and where do you ship?
FedEx is our preferred courier. Customer may choose priority overnight, standard overnight or standard two-day delivery. Orders are processed and shipped within two business days of receipt. To ensure that your order reaches you in excellent condition we use corrugated boxes with stryo-foam coolers and either blue ice or dry ice.
With this packaging and FedEx's reliable service we can ship coast to coast, including Alaska and Hawaii, and in every season of the year.
Shipping Days
Please note that we do not ship over the weekend. Shipping days are Monday- Thursday. If you place your order on Thursday and select FedEx 2nd Day your order will not ship until Monday. Please allow extra time if you are ordering from outside the Continental US.

We guarantee the freshness of your steak in the freezer for up to one year from purchase date.
